Happy Thanksgiving!

Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, as in all wisdom you teach and admonish one another, singing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God. And whatever you do, in word or in deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.

Colossians 3:16-17

Thanksgiving is a wonderful opportunity to reflect on all of the blessings that God has given us and respond to Him with gratitude and praise.

The bounty of blessings poured out on St. Joseph College Seminary in its first three years has been astonishing. Among those blessings have been our first two graduates who are continuing their priestly formation in major seminary, our dedicated formators and faculty, the prayerful and financial support of the laity of our diocese, and our current roster of 20 seminarians. We are, of course, especially grateful to the first formators of these fine young men–their parents and home parishes. Everyone at St. Joseph College Seminary wishes you and yours a very Happy Thanksgiving. Deo grátias.
